Get Your Kale On


Get your morning started with a nutritious, hydrating, energizing smoothie - The Perfect Kale Smoothie.

Here's what's inside:

Kale
  • A low calorie food that is high in Fiber but has absolutely NO FAT! Yes!
  • High in Vitamins A and C
  • High in Calcium (More than milk)
  • High in Iron and Full of Powerful Antioxidants 
Watermelon
  • High in B Vitamins, important for energy production 
  • Great before and after a workout because it has more nutrients per calorie and is very water dense 
  • Also high in Vitamin C


Blueberries 
  • Full of dietary fiber which helps keep the body regular, the heart healthy and cholestorol in check

Perfect Kale Smoothie Recipe
 2 to 3 Kale Leaves
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Cup Cubed Watermelon
1 mini (or ½ of a whole) peeled seedless Cucumber sliced
* Get your Omega-3s by adding 1/4 cup of chia or flax seeds*
Add all ingredients to a blender or vitamix and blend well, Enjoy!
